Mii Brawler Balance Changes

Several of Brawler's alternate specials go unused because they are unreliable next to the viable ones, so their frame data improves — while the tools carrying his neutral and his early kills get toned down.

Balance Philosophy

Nerf around three moves per character that are too oppressive inside an already strong kit. Not every suggestion needs to be implemented.

    Current issue
It is used heavily in neutral with no risk attached and produces strong combos.

    Slightly less knockback.
    Current issue
It is very fast and drags opponents to the upper blast zone for early kills.
