Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Time Between Shots

   Time between shots reduced from .086 to .082s.

   Current issue

   Some of its stats, like rate of fire and recoil, feel underwhelming compared to guns with faster bullets and less recoil.
