Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Zero Range (Maximum)

   Proposed adjustment

   Maximum zero range increased from 50 to 70.

   Current issue

   It has a lot of useful attributes — low recoil, low spread, and three attachment points for a low carry weight — but lacks damage at longer ranges due to falloff.
