Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Body Damage

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   Deals a fixed 60 damage to the body regardless of the armor worn, even when thrown.

   Reason

   Dense steel impacting an opponent should do consistent damage — the same reasoning as the Machete/Sickle.
