Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between A and S tier, apply one nerf to one aspect of it so it's not completely dominant on the battlefield.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Damage

   Nerf

   Proposed adjustment

   Damage reduced from 31 to 29.

   Current issue

   The MP9 has a very high rate of fire and can produce substantial damage at close range before an opponent has time to react.

   Reason

   A damage reduction reduces its burst potential while retaining its strength as a close-range SMG.
