JS9 SMG Balance Changes

Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between A and S tier, apply one nerf to one aspect of it so it's not completely dominant on the battlefield.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Zero Range

   Nerf

   Proposed adjustment

   Zero range reduced from 100 to 85m.

   Current issue

   The JS9 can provide strong sustained fire while remaining easy to control.

   Reason

   Reducing its range prevents it from competing too effectively with assault rifles outside of close-range engagements.
