Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between A and S tier, apply one nerf to one aspect of it so it's not completely dominant on the battlefield.

Proposed Changes

1. Damage

   Damage reduced from 40 to 38.

   Current issue

   The M416 is highly versatile, with manageable recoil, a fast firing rate, and strong performance across multiple ranges.

   Reason

   A small damage reduction limits its overall effectiveness without taking away its role as a reliable all-purpose assault rifle.
