Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between A and S tier, apply one nerf to one aspect of it so it's not completely dominant on the battlefield.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Magazine Capacity

   Nerf

   Proposed adjustment

   Magazine capacity reduced from 14 to 12.

   Current issue

   The DBS can fire multiple powerful shotgun blasts in rapid succession, giving the user considerable forgiveness in close-range fights.

   Reason

   Reducing its capacity makes ammunition management more important and gives opponents a better opportunity to survive an extended engagement.
