For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Bullet Speed

   Bullet speed increased from 350 to 380 m/s.

   Current issue

   It has a very high rate of fire but lacks consistent pressure at ranges beyond 50 meters, especially given its bullet speed.
