Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Zero Range (Maximum)

   Proposed adjustment

   Maximum zero range decreased from 500 to 400m.

   Current issue

   The SCAR-L already has a lot of good stats and mostly struggles with how much damage it loses to falloff and the opponent's armor.
