Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between A and S tier, apply one nerf to one aspect of it so it's not completely dominant on the battlefield.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Damage

   Nerf

   Proposed adjustment

   Damage reduced from 21 to 20.

   Current issue

   The Sawed-off can deliver substantial close-range damage while occupying a handgun weapon slot.

   Reason

   Reducing its damage prevents it from being too reliable as an emergency close-range weapon while keeping it useful when caught without a primary weapon.
