Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Ammo In Boxes

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   Ammo per box increased from 10 to 13 rounds.

   Current issue

   Ammo cases are hard to come by, and the O12 is the only gun that uses 12-gauge slug ammo, which it burns through quickly on its faster firing modes.

   Reason

   More ammo per case found helps offset how much it burns through.
