Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between A and S tier, apply one nerf to one aspect of it so it's not completely dominant on the battlefield.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Damage

   Nerf

   Proposed adjustment

   Damage reduced from 49 to 47.

   Current issue

   The Mutant's burst fire can be quite effective, as its damage helps compensate for the versatility of its firing modes.

   Reason

   Adjusting the damage can make it more consistent without allowing it to become overly powerful.
