Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between A and S tier, apply one nerf to one aspect of it so it's not completely dominant on the battlefield.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Recoil

   Recoil is increased.

   Current issue

   The M249 combines a large magazine with a high rate of fire, allowing sustained fire without frequent reloads.

   Reason

   Increasing recoil makes prolonged firing less dominant while preserving its role as a high-capacity machine gun.
