Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Damage

   Damage increased from 62 to 68.

   Current issue

   With its limited range and fire speed, the Deagle can get out-gunned unless it lands a headshot.

   Reason

   Higher body damage gives it a more fair fight.
