Balance Philosophy

For every weapon between B tier and the bottom of the list, apply one buff to help it compete with better-rolled loot.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Projectile Speed

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   Projectile speed increased from 160 to 200 m/s.

   Current issue

   Its low reload speed makes it risky to use in close quarters.

   Reason

   Better projectile speed helps it stay in line with other sniper weapons.
