A little less access to charging burst damage, in return for pistols that are a little more effective at range.
For each hero in B and C tier, slightly buff one part of the kit and slightly nerf another. The goal is to reduce the unfair parts of a hero while lessening their weaknesses.
Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.
