Balance Philosophy

For each hero in D and F tier, slightly buff each part of the kit. Not every suggestion needs to be implemented, but all of them should be taken into consideration.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Rocket Hammer

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   Swing cast time reduced to .35 + .45 seconds.

2. Barrier Field

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   The speed reduction while holding barrier drops to a 25% movement penalty.

3. Charge

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   Movement speed increased to 220%.

4. Fire Strike

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   Cooldown reduced to 5 seconds.
