Reaper Balance Changes

Balance Philosophy

For each hero in B and C tier, slightly buff one part of the kit and slightly nerf another. The goal is to reduce the unfair parts of a hero while lessening their weaknesses.

Proposed Changes

Each entry lists the move or ability affected, the adjustment itself, and — where the analysis states one — the problem it is meant to solve and the reasoning behind it.

1. Wraith Form

   Nerf

   Proposed adjustment

   Movement speed reduced to 30%.

   Current issue

   Wraith Form is the low-effort escape.

2. Shadow Step

   Buff

   Proposed adjustment

   Cooldown reduced to 8 seconds.

   Reason

   Encourages Reaper to position with Shadow Step instead of escaping with Wraith Form.
